I had my ANNUAL follow-up testing at Johns Hopkins yesterday.  I had bloodwork, CT scan w/contrast of my chest, abdomen & pelvis and an ultrasound of my thigh.  I then met with Dr. Weber.  All continues to be well!  Thanks to Molly for sitting & visiting with me between appointments, etc … I am THANKFUL!

The week leading up to this day has been very emotional for me.  This year I decided to take the day off.  Last year I was a basket case at work & could not control my emotions.  I am still overwhelmed when I think about all I have been thru.  I continue to take one day at a time & live IN THE MOMENT.  I am thankful for all the paths that have crossed mine as a result of having cancer.  They say everything has something GOOD IN IT.  I do believe my current “cancer buddies” are the blessing in this arena!  I hope all who read this are ENJOYING Good Health!

I met with Dr. Guintoli for my annual visit.  Very uneventful.  All continues to be well from this perspective!

I had followup appts in May 2011 & all was well!  I have now graduated to the “one year” club for follow-up.  I am so Happy & Excited about this.  I hope this message finds you HEALTHY & ready for summer!

The weeks leading up to this day have been very emotional for me.  As I reflect on surgery day & recalling the details of that day, I am overwhelmed.  I am grateful beyond words that I have survived to this point.  I have truly changed my thinking & living habits.  Basically, I am trying to live IN THE MOMENT & be thankful for the people who surround me with support, love & caring.
